This privacy policy applies to the Novelify apps, websites, and related services (the “Platform”). It details our practices regarding the personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, in connection with the Platform. This policy does not apply to other products or services that display or reference a different privacy policy. If you disagree with this policy, please refrain from using the Platform. 1. Personal Information We Collect

To help you create an account and use the Platform, we need to collect and process certain information. The type of information we collect depends on how you use the Platform and the choices you make. The categories and sources of information are detailed below.

    • Non-Registered Users: We may collect your age to verify you are a qualified user of the Platform.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can access and edit most of your profile information by signing into your account. We provide tools in Settings to control your information. You can delete your account in Settings. 9. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your account by clicking "Profile" > "Settings" > "Delete Account" in the Novelify mobile app. Upon deletion, you will lose access to the Platform. We may retain certain information in an aggregated and anonymized format. You can request data deletion by emailing us. If you delete required information, we may not be able to provide all or part of the Platform’s services.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We will notify users of material changes to this policy through a notice on the Platform. Regularly check this policy for updates. The “Last Updated” date reflects the effective date of the policy. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, stop using the Platform.
